The lab is on its own island, Muir Island, that she also owned. Anyway, the lab had been left in the hands of Jamie Madrox (hey remember him!). The New team arrives and gets owned by some mysterious... magnetic force. Who could it possibly be?! Anyway, they then begin to fight Magneto! Fully restored to a not baby!
Cyclops and Moira are rushing in from the X-Jet with Scott pointing out how fucked it is that Xavier had a whole ass genetic research laboratory he sent dangerous mutants to to be imprisoned and never told him. Moira kind of brushes it off and they find Jamie that tells them Erik the Red had showed up, attacked, aged Magneto to his physical prime, and made plans with him to destroy the X-Men.
Also, I find it hilarious that even baby Magneto has white hair.
Anyway, Cyclops gets there in time to save the other X-Men, who while individually stronger, aren't enough of a "team" to beat Magneto. He saves them, but then orders them all to run, because clearly, Erik's true target is Xavier!
We then see a scene of Corsair of the Starjamers to Ch'od about how if the Emperor goes through with his plan it will destroy everything, Lilandra (the woman from Xavier's crazy visions) trying to reach Earth, and Xavier with Jean visiting Jean's family while Erik the Red looks on.
X-tra Notes: This one is wildly fast. So much happens so fast, that there is a lot of details that I skipped over. Wolverine is pissed about being ordered to run, renting a hovercraft to get to the island, etc. etc. It really feels like it should have been a two parter. Oh also, Magneto messed up some containment on another cell... hmmm... wonder what is going to happen there...
