Rogue has arrive cause she is having problems dealing with her powers, and the memories of Carol Danvers. And she wants to get help from Xavier. Which makes sense if you don't know how questionable Xavier is I suppose.
The X-Men are unsure of letting a villain, even if reforming, on to the team, they go to blow off steam in the Danger Room, and Illyana for some reason brings up an image of Belasco in his throne room, and pulls out her Soul Sword and everyone is just generally WTF.
Anyway, Carol comes back from her parents (who she knows who they are intellectually but has no emotional attachment to and then sees Rogue in the foyer. She proceeds to punch Rogue straight out the roof. They tell her that Rogue is now part of the team and she basically says, nah, fuck this, I'm out.
We also have some background scenes of Scott and Madelyne together. She had a nightmare about a plane crash that only she survived. That happened mysteriously at the exact same time as Jean Grey's death...
X-Tra Notes: You know, this is one where I can see everyone's point of view. Rogue does deserve a chance to rehabilitate. But also Carol deserves to be able to be pissed about what was done to her. And there is some questions about whether Rogue should be punished in some way for her past villainous ways, but this is going to be a continuing theme in X-Men over the years.
